This is our famous Hatch Green Chile, grown along the Rio Grande River in the small village of Hatch, New Mexico and known the world over for its delicious flavor.

Each chile is hand picked in the fields surrounding our facility, and then flame-roasted–not baked or steamed–diced, and then finally frozen to preseve the quality, texture and flavor.

Each box ships with 8, 10 or 12, 1 pound bags and arrives at your doorstep in 3-4 days!
